She was born in Volos, where she wrote her first poem at the age of 11, participating in student competitions with many distinctions, such as winning the 1979st Panhellenic Poetry Prize of the Society of Young Greek Writers in XNUMX. She has written short stories, novels, children's fairy tales, poems and theater. She writes passionately in newspapers and magazines. A multi-award winning poet both in Greece and abroad, she is a member of the International Union of Greek Writers, the International Chamber of Writers and Artists CIESART and a representative of the South African Copyright Agency in Greece. Her works have been translated into French, English, Bulgarian, Spanish and Portuguese and have been presented on Mexican television. She has represented Greece with her poetry worthily among poets from all over the world in several French poetry anthologies. She is the first Greek woman to present her poetry in livres pauvres. She manages pages on the internet dedicated to world Poetry and Culture. Her career in the field of Sports is impressive, both as a Federal coach of artistic swimming, as an international judge of this sport, and as a member of the European Swimming Union (LEN). She has been awarded for her contribution to Sports and Culture by the Greek state twice. Passionate about reading, writing, music, photography and painting, she never stops learning new things, such as the sommelier and Coach life courses that she recently completed. Most recently, she lives with her family in Miami, United States, where she continues to transmit Greek culture to Greek-American education.
