He was born in Thessaloniki to a refugee father and a mother from Chalkidiki. He has been involved in poetry since a young age. He has published 12 poetry collections and a book of historical short stories with a satirical tone. His poems and short stories have been anthologized in many literary publications and encyclopedias. His poems, short stories, books, as well as himself, have been awarded by many literary organizations. He participated in various review committees, has prefaced several publications and presented many books by writers. He served as President of the Writers' Union of Northern Greece from 2022 to 2024 and is a member of Parnassos and other literary associations.
