Documents and Conditions for the allowance up to 720 euros per year
The "Special Assistance after a three-month stay in the Unemployment Register", is granted to insured persons by the OAED, who are Unemployed for three months, provided, however, that they have completed at least 60 working days in the previous year.
The annual allowance is equal to 15 salaries and thus amounts to 240 euros, after the increase of the minimum wage.
The amount can be given up to three times a year, ie the unemployed get a total of 720 euros.
Who is entitled to the allowance up to 720 euros
Those who are insured remain unemployed for three months, those who have at least sixty working days in the year preceding the beginning of the quarter and are not builders, quarries, lime makers, musicians, singers.
Annual allowance 720 euros - Supporting documents
-Recent Tax Clearance or copy of tax return.
- Unemployment card in force.
-IBAN account of the EIB, in which the interested party must appear as the first beneficiary.
The interested parties submit the applications and the necessary supporting documents in the following ways: In person to the competent Services of OAED of their place of residence or of their last employment, if the application is submitted simultaneously with the issuance of the unemployment card electronically, via e- services.
Annual allowance 720 euros - Conditions
In order to receive this allowance, one must:
To perform at least sixty (60) working days in unemployment insurance in the year preceding the beginning of the quarter
- Not to fall under the categories of article 22 of Law 1836/89 (builders, quarries, lime makers, musicians, singers, etc.)
- The annual net family income of the insured should not exceed a certain amount, as evidenced by the most recently available document of the relevant tax office.
This amount increases by 293,47 euros each calendar year.
