In the context of the official visit to Greece of the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Niko Peleshi, the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece organized a special reception in Athens, which brought together representatives of the Diplomatic Corps, Members of Parliament, Businessmen, as well as personalities from the political, academic, cultural and social spheres of the two countries.
The event was a substantial opportunity for exchange of views and contacts between representatives of institutions and bodies from Greece and Albania, highlighting the importance of continuous communication and cooperation in bilateral relations.
During the reception, the role of dialogue and mutual understanding as a fundamental basis for further strengthening relations between the two countries was emphasized, as well as the importance of cooperation at both the institutional and social levels.
Particular mention was made of the Albanian community in Greece, which constitutes an important bridge of friendship and cooperation between the two peoples. Its contribution to the economic, social and cultural life of the host country continues to strengthen the rapprochement between the two societies.
The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece remains committed to promoting initiatives that strengthen dialogue, cooperation and ties between the two countries.
