The Panathinaikos - Olympiakos derby in Leoforos ended in a draw, as neither of the two teams managed to score. It should be noted that a similar scenario has occurred from the period 2008-09 first in OAKA (09/11/2008) and since then in G. Karaiskakis (01/03/2009).
Olympiacos failed to justify the first place in the standings, due to the negligible phases and the non-existent corners. The Panathinaikos team states that it felt better and that today's derby was an opportunity to get the three points.
On the contrary, the team of Panaitolikos is upset - especially on social media - after the double it achieved in OAKA against AEK. Although AEK prevailed in the first half and opened the scoring in the 44th minute with a goal by Ansarifard, the last half hour proved to be fatal, as Karelis in the 79th minute equalized, after a place in the home of Tsintotas. The 1-2 did not take long and with a shot from outside the area, Mendoza in 84 'seals the victory for Panetolikos.
