Kyriakos Maridakis attended the reception held for the National Day of Romania with Ms. Kimberly Guilfoyle
The internationally recognized figure in Cultural Diplomacy and executive of the International Relations department of the American university Webster University (Athens Campus), Mr. Kyriakos Maridakis, attended the official reception held at the King George Hotel Athens, on the occasion of the celebration of Romania's National Day.
The event took place in the presence of H.E. Ms. Kimberly Guilfoyle, Ambassador of the United States of America to the Hellenic Republic, H.E. Ms. Carmen Ileana Mihalcescu, Ambassador of Romania to the Hellenic Republic, Ms. Corina Crețu, Consul General of Romania in Thessaloniki, as well as a multitude of ambassadors and diplomats of foreign countries, confirming its high diplomatic and institutional prestige.
During the official reception, Mr. Maridakis had the special honor and opportunity to meet and talk extensively with both the Ambassador of the United States of America herself and her son, Ronan, as well as with the Chargé d'Affaires of the American Embassy, Mr. Josh Huck. These contacts took place in an exceptionally warm, institutionally sound and high-level diplomatic environment, which favored the substantive exchange of views as well as the further deepening of Greek-American cooperation.
