To those who think that Greece does not matter today, let me say that they could not make a bigger mistake. Today, like old Greece, is of the utmost importance for anyone looking to find himself.

Marios Glykas: When taste becomes memory, history and emotion

On our show we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Mario Glykas, Chef and creator of Memories of Flavors, who granted a special interview to our journalist John Mitsakos.

It was a meeting that was not only about cooking, but opened a beautiful path to memories, roots, family, and the stories hidden behind every flavor.

Marios Glykas took us on a journey through aromas, recipes and life experiences, showing us that food is not just a daily necessity. It is a way of communication. It is love offered at the table. It is the people we remember, the places we carry within us, the moments that remain alive through a taste.

In the conversation with John Mitsakos, talked about his journey, the inspiration behind the Memories of Flavors, but also about the power that cuisine has to unite generations, cultures and people. Because every dish has a story. And many times, through this story, we rediscover a part of ourselves.

It was a warm, human and emotional interview, which touched our hearts and reminded us that the most beautiful flavors are those associated with love, memory and life.

Watch the interview with Mr. Mario Glykas and get to know the man behind it better Memories of Flavors, through our radio station:
