Samos, internationally recognized for its muscat wine, which is produced by hand on dry stone mountain terraces, thanks to the passion and love of its winegrowers, is preparing for one of its most beloved institutions: The MUSCAT WINE FESTIVALS.
Ο Municipality of Eastern Samos, in a creative partnership with Unified Winery Agricultural Cooperative of Samos, starts this year on "Wine Festival 2026" from the emblematic Wine Museum of Samos, emphasizing the centuries-old wine tradition of the place. In Samos, wine is not only a unique product, but it is the very identity of the place and its people, imprinted in the mountainous vineyards, the unique Samian terroir, the generous hospitality, the taste of quality, the unique aromas.
Η opening event, open to the public, will take place on July 17 2026 Preparation, from the 20:00 on Wine Museum, offering a unique introduction to the history of the Samian vineyard and wine production, as well as a free wine tasting of the Cooperative's fine dry, semi-dry and sweet wines.
The musicians will melodiously decorate the atmosphere Giorgos Liapis and Tasos Tseres, marrying the aromas of muscat with the tones of tradition.
The "Wine Festivals" are an open invitation to hospitality and extroversion and are organized every year in the most important wine-growing areas of Samos.
