Niki Daliana is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology (Psychology Specialization) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a holder of a postgraduate degree in “Counseling and Career Guidance” of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She practices the subject of career guidance and psychological empowerment with experience in both the public and private sectors. During her postgraduate studies, she completed an internship at the Eleusis KESYP and the OAED, providing counseling to adolescents and the unemployed. For five years, she was responsible for the “From Students to Students” service of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, while from 2014 to 2019 she was a scientific associate at the Adolescent Health Unit (AHU) of the “P. & A. Kyriakou” and the EEEI, providing support to adolescents, parents and teachers. He has participated in the OPAP Sports Academies program and the “From A to Z – Academy for Parents” program, while he also has experience in counseling people with dementia, MCI and Alzheimer’s. He has also collaborated with AMKE Me Alla Matia as a career and accessibility consultant for people with disabilities. He has attended specialization programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (EKPA), in Special Education (University of Patras) and at the University of Minnesota (USA) in the field of Human Resource Management. At the same time, he holds certifications in cutting-edge skills, such as Social Media Marketing from Meta, Digital Marketing & E-commerce from Google, Generative AI applications and the development of artificial intelligence solutions from IBM, as well as the creation of digital content from Adobe. She is the founder of the company Career Flame and the online platform FlameVerse AI, a member of the Audit Committee of SESYSEP (Association of Greek Career & Vocational Guidance Counselors) and a member of the Hellenic Society of Counseling & Guidance. At the same time, she is included in the Registry of Career/Vocational Guidance Counselors of EOPPEP (Level A1 – Assessors). She has also completed with honors (100/100) the professional training program “Grow Your Business: Development of Digital Skills” of the Athens University of Economics and Business (KEDIVIM AUEB, 2024–2025), focusing on the development of digital skills and business support strategies. She has published in Greek and international journals, participated in collective volumes and presented at conferences. She writes articles for media outlets such as Kanali Ena 90.4 FM, LIFO, Palmografos and meallamatia.gr. She is also active in acting, music and photography. Her goal is to utilize scientific knowledge, technology, innovation and creativity to develop tools and solutions that effectively empower young people and support organizations that invest in psychological safety and personal development.
