Police officers of the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security Directorate, arrested yesterday afternoon, Thursday, March 2, 2023, in an area of Attica, a foreigner accused of rape, sexual acts with a minor who turned 12 and pornography of minors.
There was a complaint by a minor according to which, the arrested inside his home, committed sexual acts against her will and with the use of violence while simultaneously filming said acts.
Subsequently, police officers of the DI.AS team. they found the above inside his house with the minor and therefore he was arrested.
The arrested person is taken to the competent prosecuting authority, while in addition an examination of the patient by a medical examiner was ordered.
