His foot athlete is a fungal infection [from the same fungus caused by lichen] although you do not have to be an athlete for this to happen.
It usually occurs in men or boys but also in girls or women to a lesser extent. This happens when the feet are often closed in shoes, they sweat a lot and do not breathe and so fungi grow where they like, that is, in a closed place of darkness and humidity.
In ancient times in Rome and Greece, because they did not wear closed shoes but sandals that ventilated the feet, although most were barefoot did not have such issues.
In the case of this fungal infection there is itching and redness like scales between the toes, stench thickening discoloration of the nails, itching cracks peeling between the toes.
Caution is contagious so do not wear other shoes flip flops slippers.
When in public showers, such as gyms, swimming pools, wear your own flip flops and do not step barefoot.
The infection spreads to both feet and hands if we scratch the area with our fingers.
Fungi feed on keratin, a protein found in hair, nails and skin.
It needs to be thoroughly washed daily with an antifungal product.
When you take off the sweaty socks do not wear the same shoes every day, you should ventilate them outside and spray them or throw some dust and leave them for at least one to two 24 hours since of course you maintain your hygiene morning and night. Do not wear the same shoes with clean feet or clean sweaty feet and know that if you are not careful the problem will return.
After washing the feet, dry them well and put powder or oil or spray morning and night all over the sole and shoes. The temperature in the sock washer must be high to kill the fungus.
Know that it takes time for the treatment to be done properly and diligently.
Wear only cotton socks and shoes made of good materials, never waterproof.
Beware of those who take antibiotics [because these drugs not only fight infections] but also kill our good beneficial bacteria that protect the spread of fungi in our body.
Also if you have diabetes you should consult your doctor.
CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE
