What is happening in the case of Middleton is something unprecedented, which goes far beyond the limits of social gossip and now begins to reveal malfunctions of the British system itself... It reveals the inherent "weaknesses" of the London state... It reveals the fascist mentality of the German royal house of Battenberg and the servility of the British state apparatus. The case of the Princess's "disappearance" reveals that the mentality of «L'State, c'est moi", which was "beheaded" in Paris during the French Revolution, lives and reigns in London. This case exposed the British state itself and its institutions beyond repair.
Due to a series of mistakes by the royal family and "deafening" omissions by the state services, the crisis management inadequacy of all those involved in the case was revealed. The case of Middleton's "disappearance" was handled so amateurishly and inappropriately that it is not justified not for a named member of the most powerful royal family in the world, but also for an ordinary anonymous citizen. Even in this case there is a seriousness in dealing with it. If there is a complaint of disappearance for any citizen and this complaint "shows" his family environment, then the matter ceases to be a simple social and human concern and passes into the "sphere" of the Police's interest... and becomes a police case! …MANDATORY! ...SUBMIT YOURSELF! In such a case, the Police undertakes to investigate the seriousness of the complaint and to reassure the complainants - responsibly and with the "guarantee" of the provisions of the law.
From the moment a possible - even simple - "suspicion" of criminal activity is made public, its investigation is the duty and responsibility of the Police, whether the complainants "order" it or not. In Middleton's case what do we have? ...What exactly is forbidden! …Exactly exposing the British state and its functions! While there is a general climate of concern and a strong rumor about the fate of this particular woman - something that in itself functions as a "complaint", since an unprecedented "conspiracy theory" is spread daily on the Internet -, the Police remain inactive.
Why is this happening; ... Simply because the "denunciation" of this intense "conspiracy" is directed directly and openly against "Louis" himself ... It is directed against the royal environment itself ... Against the royal family itself. The British police, instead of doing what their role is supposed to do and defuse the situation, simply stay away. It allows rumors to spread freely on the internet, "poisoning" the political and social life of the country, and furthermore, it allows this under-reported and therefore disputed environment to try its luck in "covering up" the case.
For this reason we speak clearly of a "Ludovician" mentality and a "disability" of the British state, which does not befit a modern state. The newly enthroned and seriously ill Charles is apparently above the law. Apparently no law concerning "common" mortals can open the "doors" of Buckingham, so that the police can "see" what is happening behind them. It is this behavior of the British police that creates all the problems. It follows a tactic, which, instead of reassuring public opinion, "irritates" it and therefore encourages it to "produce" even more mysterious and imaginative scenarios about the fate of the Princess of Wales.
But - someone will say - isn't it the right of every person to decide for himself about his private life? …Of course! ...However, when there is a complaint about a possible criminal act, there are also corresponding procedures on the part of the prosecuting authorities. No one can compel someone to appear in public if he does not wish to do so. No one can compel anyone to reassure the worried, even if it is done out of love... In no case, that is, can public concern in Britain compel Middleton to make a public appearance if she does not wish to do so. be done on the terms she chooses. However, this desire of hers CANNOT act as a limitation regarding the role of the Police!!! On the one hand there are the inviolable rights of a person and on the other a reasonable and well-intentioned concern of the world for a dear public figure, whose "traces" have been lost. On the one hand there is the desire of a person to protect his private life and on the other hand there is the duty of a state body to ensure smooth social functioning!
How do these two seemingly conflicting interests "marry"? ...In a very simple way, which concerns every citizen and not only the famous and the famous. A senior member of the British police goes to the Palace, to do an autopsy! It is his right to seek to meet the person who is "missing" and has become a cause of "concern". With a prosecutor's "order" he goes and demands to see the person about whom the complaint is made. From then on, in his official capacity - and therefore with all the legal consequences this entails - he "assures" the public that there is no cause for concern ... That he and therefore the police have the necessary evidence of the unfoundedness of these complaints and that's where the rumor ends. Here's the process...and it's simple. This should have been done from the beginning and it never was. Because of the Princess's status, a press conference would be given by the Chief of Police and the "body" that did the "autopsy" and the case would be over.
Once the police bear the "burden" of proof—rather than the family "environment"—there is no longer a case! ...There is no reason to worry, as long as the competent "organs" of the State are taking responsibility. From then on, anyone who continues to spread scenarios and suspicions "disputes" the Police and not the environment of the disappeared. Subsequently, his act is affected by the laws on spreading false news, defamation of persons and of course a deliberate attempt to disrupt the smooth social and political functioning.
Did any of these simple and legal things we describe happen? …Of course not. The police are NOT doing their duty and the Palace under complaint is NOT holding anyone to account and literally doing whatever they want. The "environment", which is indirectly "reported" for possible criminal acts against Middleton, is left to make continuous "cover-up" tests until someone "catch". Why are we openly talking about continuous cover-up efforts and even unfortunate ones? ...Because so far we have THREE such attempts, which have already proved unsuccessful, and now we are "processing" a fourth!!! ...Efforts, in fact, which show a strong "intention" and therefore anxiety for success by those who try them, since in their repetition they raise the "bar" of their "quality".
In the first attempt, they tried to put the "burden" of proof - that there is no cause for concern - on the well-known "paparazzi" ... That is, they considered that with the indirect "assurance" of the press - that the princess lives normally and is safe in everyday life her— they would cease to bear the "burden" of proving all of the above themselves. That's how we initially got the leaked "blurry" photos, which were just for laughs. In the country where "paparazzi" live richly, lurking in trees and flower beds and the yellow press "blooms", the most sought-after - and therefore profitable - photos were "blurry"! ...In the place where there was an "exposure" of the protagonists in the "lenses" of the "paparazzi", there were no "paparazzi"! But, since the "third parties" could not give them the "solution" to their problem, it was a given that they would have to take the situation into their own "hands".
Then the second attempt—equally unsuccessful—was made. Then photographic material of the disappeared woman was released to the public on the occasion of Mother's Day. A photo so "teased" that, instead of reassuring the public, it made it even more anxious, since scenarios of real criminal acts now began to be heard. In other words, if until then the issue concerned the few monarchists in Britain and those who deal with the lives of celebrities, after that failure it also attracted the attention of the rest. Suddenly everyone started wondering why the Palace does not give a clear solution to the issue and "plays" with the public. That's what it was about. That's what Middleton's entourage said itself. He more or less told the world that the princess was playing with Photoshop on the bed of pain, and the result of this "game" was simply not successful. Not even amateurs who want to prank their friends make such naive attempts. Naturally, the concern became even greater and with it, rumors and conspiracy scenarios proliferated.
But Middleton's environment—it seems—was undeterred by this failure. For this reason, a few days later they tried a third attempt. This time they went a "step" further than the simple photos and released a video... A video completely stupid in all respects. Why; ...At first it was suspicious because, at a time when the last delivery person has a mobile phone with a 4K camera on him, they showed a video - and even taken by a professional of the kind - with a camera that worked roughly with "coal" and therefore did not have the necessary sharpness to "edit" it. But apart from this technical peculiarity, even the "script" of the video itself was stupid. This video shows a healthy young woman—no more than 25 years old—impersonating the forty-year-old Middleton...Walking in a light and swift manner characteristic of a perfectly healthy young lady, which has nothing to do with the way a mature woman, who a few days ago has undergone a painful surgery on the abdomen and therefore on the muscles that affect the freedom of movement in walking...
…At the same time, this cheerful young lady with an airy gait, who pretended to be a mid-cut princess with surgery, not only had a "light" walk, but was also loaded with a huge bag, which is apparently stupid for the occasion ...Heavy bag if we judge from the tilt of her body that there is some effort on her part to carry it. What operated woman would leave a mall with her husband and she would carry the groceries and her husband would be so comfortable with her choice? If this is how a midsection operated woman walks, how would she walk before the operation? …Would she walk out of the mall with a double-toup and a triple-axel?
That is, they made a video, which did not have the realism required by the occasion and the seriousness of the need for an indirect "assurance" regarding the fate of a woman, whose "traces" are being ignored... A video, which he did not respect the basic facts concerning this particular case. The failure was again devastating. So, it was almost certain that after this failure they would again try to mislead the public. Obviously, since they can't do the simple thing themselves and thus display Middleton in a live public appearance, and at the same time the Police are not doing their job, it was only a matter of time before they tried again. For reasons we don't know, they don't seem to be able to "close" the issue...They can't even secure a "random" appearance of a few seconds on a balcony with one of her children or her husband for the needs of even one and remote photography. The police do not pressure them, so they continue the same tactics.
Now we have a fourth attempt to "entertain" the public's concern again under the same terms...Again with "canned" information...Again using technological means and not a live appearance of the disappeared. The "bar" of the quality of the "tools" they use is simply raised, without this meaning that it is not perceived by everyone that it is a simple attempt to cover up and not real and responsible information.
