I was born in Agia Paraskevi. I graduated from Athens College. I have a bachelor's degree in "Political Science and Public Administration" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a master's degree in "International Relations" from Queen Mary University of London. I work as a Communication Manager at the European Union body EIT Manufacturing South East based in Athens. I am a shareholder in the company AMEN New Technologies based in Agia Paraskevi, while in the past I worked in the environmental organization We4All, in two large telecommunications companies in Greece and I did an Internship at the Embassy of Greece in the United Kingdom. I specialize in the field of communication, public and commercial relations as well as the management of related action programs in Greece and abroad. I was the General Coordinator of the two Youth Festivals of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi with the Deputy Mayor of Youth Nikos Zombola and I contributed to the beautification of Pefkakia Park, through the Environmental Organization We4All based in Agia Paraskevi and the Beautician Cultural Association "Pefkakia" of Agia Paraskevi. In addition, I am a member of the School Committee 2024-2026 of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi. I am a member of SEPPVATY (Volunteer Association of Civil Protection of the Northeast Sector of Hymettos) and a fully certified Civil Protection volunteer in relation to Forest Firefighting. I am a member of the Board of Directors and Communications Officer of the Progressive Association of Arfarians "Ag. Theodoroi", Member of the Board of the Association of Tsakou Residents of Agia Paraskevi, as well as Special Secretary at the Political Science and Public Administration Alumni Association EKPA. We recently launched the "Step of Ideas" Initiative in collaboration with our very good friends and elected representatives in the Attica Region Mr. George Douro (Northern Sector) and Vangelis Albanis (Eastern Attica) to bring citizens closer to direct politics and decision-making.
