Funding applications, from Existing Fisheries companies, are submitted by potential Beneficiaries through the State Aid Management Information System (PSAS), which operates on the website http://www.ependyseis.gr.

Terms and conditions
Fisheries undertakings on the date of submission of the application for funding, must meet in full the following conditions of participation:
1. They are active in the Greek territory.
2. They have started work before 01/01/2019.
3. They operate exclusively with one of the following types of corporate / commercial enterprises: Societe Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, Private Capital Company, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company, Sole Proprietorship, Private Law Company, Cooperative, Cooperative.
4. Fisheries companies keep haplographic or bibliographic books of law 4308/2014 continuously from 01/01/2019 until the date of submission of the funding application.
5. Fisheries companies have an active main activity code (KAD) one of the ones listed in the attached table of Annex II, continuously from 01/01/2019 until the date of submission of the application for funding.
6. Fisheries companies have an activity code with the highest revenue one of those listed in the attached table in Annex II, during the tax year 2019.
7. Fisheries enterprises have aquaculture production units, for which all of the following conditions must be met:
They concern the fattening / breeding of marine Mediterranean fish, freshwater species or the cultivation of shellfish.
All the approvals and licenses provided by the current legislation are in force in the name of the Beneficiary until the date of submission of the funding application.
Their exploitation is carried out exclusively by the Beneficiary - to whom the relevant approvals and operating licenses have been issued and who is responsible for the observance of their relevant conditions -, until the date of submission of the application for funding
They concern the breeding of non-genetically modified products.
8. They submit exclusively an application for financing within the framework of this Invitation, for all their production units which meet the conditions of par. 7 of this article.
9. They have not applied for membership for funding from another National or Union Program, for all or part of the proposed Act. They have not submitted an application under No. 1471 / 09.07.2021 o.e. 1st Call for Proposals in Action 2 of Measure 3.2.11.
10. The compensation received only covers the losses caused as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic outbreak, according to the signed declaration of the applicant Beneficiary.
11. They comply with the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 item (a) to (d) of article 10 of Reg. 508/2014 and are accompanied by the signed statement of the applicant Beneficiary, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the same article.
In order to pay the aid, the Beneficiaries must maintain their jobs in accordance with the terms and conditions of article 14 hereof.
What is funded
The amount of aid granted per Operation is standardized as follows:

In the taxable inputs recorded in field 367 of the periodic VAT returns (forms Φ2) of the Beneficiary, as submitted for the period February-December of the respective tax year.
In the total value of the purchases with exemption from the corresponding VAT - based on the provisions of the POL of s. carried out during the period February-December of the respective tax year (only for the Beneficiaries
subject to that provision).
Turnover year t: The total amount of taxable outflows reflected in field 312 of the periodic VAT returns (forms Φ2) of the Beneficiary, as submitted for the period February-December of the respective tax year.
