He is title of my new book, which was presented the day before yesterday to Janus, as part of an event, with many symbolisms and timidly renewed hopes of national survival.
This is a work that, through its pages and His activities diffuse the anguish of a homeland that is being lost., and which I am fighting tooth and nail, but of course with tons of romanticism, to save.
It all started when, amidst the Covid 19 lockdowns, I first came into contact with Facebook, but also with information on how the official 200th anniversary celebration is organized by the Greece 21 Committee.
Next I was overwhelmed by serious acceptance difficulties, often on the verge of rage, due to problematic choices celebration of our anniversary by the official Committee, Greece 21.
Specifically, the official Celebration Committee of the anniversary, she invited into her bosom, numerous species of snake eggs. And these opened wide doors:
*in the falsification of our history
*in the denial of our continuity from our ancient ancestors
*in questioning the national character of the Revolution
*on the argument that the enslaved Greeks were having a good time with the Sultan
*in the characterization of Kapodistrias as a dictator
*in organizing a conference in Ioannina (listen-listen), to honor the memory of the butcher Ali Pasha,
and a host of other unpatriotic festive desserts.
This parody of the 200th anniversary celebration since 1821, clearly denigrated our glorious pastThat is why I hastened to highlight a second 200th Anniversary Celebration Committee, parallel to the Official one, the Honor in '21.
This parallel Committee gathered in a very short time, and I would add without fully realizing it, 72000 partners, disappointed or even outraged by the choices of the official 200th anniversary celebration committee.
These patriots, who spontaneously formed the unofficial 200th anniversary celebration committee, as incredible as it may seem, were rushed by the Face Book to make them disappear afterwards. How? In a simple and extremely effective way. In other words, he threw our account into the Tartarus in the darkness of a night, refusing to give us any relevant explanation. Even my lawyer threw up his hands, unable to find a solution.
It is obvious that some people did not like this initiative of ours. To whom? Each of us is free to speculate why and by whom this parallel Committee of ours was not accepted.
We proceeded, however, to form a new Account, as a Price in 1821, but unfortunately we lost, between the two, valuable sources.
It was precisely this pervasive threat, at the official celebration of the 200th anniversary, that was reinforced by the disappearance of On our account, that is, that our past is being altered and erased, which terrified me and pushed me, without thinking much about it, to take initiatives for everything included in this latest book of mine.
And this, because I believe it is unnecessary to explain, the because the shrinkage of what Greece means, without the millennia behind it, is deforesting and destructive to our existence.
I should also add that the way in which the official celebration of 1821 was decided, obviously reflected a more general mentality that had overwhelmed the consciousness of some of our compatriots.
I want to hope for a few, but they had secured channels through which their voices could be heard. So they were free to characterize them as brainless, uneducated, and retarded., sprayed, fascists and others of similar inspiration, those who dared to express faith in traditions, patriotism and the basic values of life.
It was the reason that made me proceed with the publication of our numerous and diverse collective efforts, in Price in '21, as they are included in my new bookThrough its pages, the efforts of many remarkable Greeks, with versatile knowledge and great patriotism, are immortalized, and it is they who implemented the parallel celebration of 200 years, with minimal means, but full of eternal Greece.
The decision to publish my book was also strengthened by the thought that in the 300 years since 1821, if the anniversary is celebrated, or even if not, there should be evidence, within its pages, of how and when the break with our glorious past was attempted.
Meanwhile, however, and unexpectedly, the world together with Greece they went through the whirlwind of Heraclitus' phrase, that "everything is fluid and nothing stays the same - everything flows."
So, this new book of mine was destined to see the light of day. of publicity, under a completely different global and Greek landscape, in relation to that within which its activities are described.
The new planet leader, Donald Trump, is completely indifferent to how worthy or not he is, effective in what he promises and intends to do or not, sympathetic or not, the sure thing is that he imposed, with the abolition of the extreme form of globalization, and with the imposition of protectionism, a new international order. Which has completely different specifications from the one we left behind. The one that led Greece to extinction.
I should also add that the basic characteristics of this of a new international order are here to stay for many decades, regardless of whether some of Donald Trump's plans succeed. Given that protectionism and globalization alternate approximately every 50 years.
It is, I believe, unnecessary to recall that the environment in which the last celebration of the anniversary of 1821 operated, was completely immersed in rapidly developing decline and able to interpret everything, such as, among many others:
*How and why the first country in the world ranked it, America had only two candidates for president., and both of these candidates were the ones we met.
*The how and why of The EU has agreed to sign its marginalization for the time being, which may later bring and its disappearance from the face of the Earth, choosing such unjustifiably bad and dangerous policies. But at the same time unacceptably unilateral (I am referring to the fact that it even forgot the blatant case of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus) in the war in Ukraine.
*The how and why of The EU did not understand or perhaps avoided reveling in the fact that its choices on immigration problem was leading her with absolute certainty to extinction.
*In what ways, with what logic, with what knowledge, with what sense of responsibility did the then responsible parties agree to sign the Memoranda for the Greece, some of whose territories are of criminal content (such as, among others, the sale of public wealth and the non-offsetting of the enormous German debts), have destroyed the Greek people for decades and decades, without it being at all certain that they will ultimately be saved, if these things do not change.
*With which traditional, human or even scientific methods? basis was accepted, not only in Greece, but also in other Western countries, the alleged existence of numerous genders, adding them to the two that have always existed.
These intense and extremely dangerous decadent phenomena, as well as a host of others, are already being fought by Trump to eliminate from the West. as quickly as possible and for as long as he canHe could, perhaps, be another Trump, let's say of a higher order, as some wish, if the West had not reached the lowest possible rung of its decline.
Anyway, whether we like it or not, Trump, right now, is trying to save the West (of course, with America first). Thus, the nation-state, national borders, love and pride for the homeland return. Protectionism returns, where it is believed that it will help the national economy, as well as the control of illegal immigration.
Thus, my book, after experiencing decline, in its worst possible manifestations, is already entering the spotlight of a powerful hope., for the future of our homeland. The margins exist and they are important, if we hurry to utilize them properly. Almost all of the current advanced economies developed in the past under a protectionist regime. And the USA and the EU embrace protectionism in order to prosper or simply survive. As for Greece, unfortunately, it seems to still be in a state of hypnosis and ecstatic with the announcement of fantastic successes in its economy, while all of its foundations are collapsing.
The reversal of our hopeless situation, at all levels without exception, needs inspiration, A lot of work, struggle on many levels and self-denial.
Let us hope that when Greece celebrates 300 years since the Revolution of 21, it will have crossed a period of 100 years, in which "Greece Great Again" will have been realized in multiple waysAnd the pages of my new book will be proof of how our homeland was saved from extinction, but also how it managed to march towards glory again.
