The terms of that Unification were clear: The divided Germany would be allowed to UNIFY only if it respected the security of the Soviet Union and its "heirs", i.e. Russia! Since the Russian Federation "signed" the permission for the reunification of Germany — on the condition that it was not threatened by it —, it means that the current rhetoric of its Chancellor and its pro-NATO stance nullifies this agreement! In other words, from the moment that Germany decided — "alone" — to become an enemy of one of its "guardians", this has very specific legal consequences! ... Does its former "guardian" have the right to activate the terms of previous agreements that were NOT respected! ... They were NOT respected by an impudent Germany, which has once again started the well-known and dangerous war games that it plays to the detriment of Europe!
Now, that Germany has started playing games by sending troops to Lithuania and "aiding" Ukraine, Russia could "drag" it to the International Courts for violating all the agreements that allowed it to reunify!

He knows that conflicting results arise! It is one thing to violate the terms of surrender of the War and another thing to violate the terms of Unification! It is another thing to freely deploy the German army and send its units abroad, and another thing to use anti-Russian rhetoric and strategy! These are two completely different things, from which, however, produce different legal results, which "block" everything!
This is where the whole cunning of the current situation lies! …The current Chancellor is “betting” on conflicting results! He is doing two different things at the same time, in order to “block” developments that are undesirable for him, because of their conflicting consequences! In other words, he is not making the statements about the army as an independent announcement, concerning the national policy of Germany, which would lead to reactions from the people! He is making these statements and at the same time launching a verbal attack against Russia! In other words, he is violating the terms of tradition and at the same time violating the terms of unification!
He sends the troops out of Germany, knowing that the "consequences" of this action will not be met with any reaction, because he "preempts" and violates the Unification Treaty that threatens to divide Germany! This threat of division of Germany is his security! Why? ...Because this theoretically does not benefit any European, no matter how much they are angered by Germany's arrogant attitude! If Germany "divides", it means that all its obligations for the payment of war reparations are suspended again! This means that there will not even be a mathematical possibility that the reparations will be paid, since all claims are "suspended"! Some waited decades for the unification of Germany, so that the war reparations would begin to be paid!
So by making this division a requirement of the Russians, the Chancellor is in fact placing them “opposite” the Europeans.
