Warm congratulations and much praise are due to our distinguished compatriot, the multi-talented Gynecologist Dr. Vasilios Bellios (author, columnist, speaker) for the international success of the book he published last year in Greek entitled ANCIENT GREEK PHILOSOPHERS: The Christians before Christ, which is already out of print. The book was translated by Professor Elena Kladi and published worldwide by the well-known AMAZON Publishing House with excellent reviews (ANCIENT GREEK PHILOSOPHERS-The Christians before Christ). It is an original, groundbreaking work with significant educational value, which opens new horizons of reflection. It particularly highlights the incomparable, brilliant spirit of the ancient Greek Philosophers, who liberated the Oikoumene from barbarism and paved the way for humanism, culture, democracy, freedom, meritocracy, social justice! Also, the beautiful synthesis of ancient Greek philosophy and Christianity!
Furthermore, Dr. Bellios deserves much credit because he is the only one, after the eminent and late Professors V. Valaoras and I. Polyzos, who is tackling the great and perpetuating "crime" of Greece's demographic decline due to the cynical indifference of local leaders.
