Georgia Daliana was born in Athens. She is one of the first female radio operators on ocean-going ships of the Greek Merchant Navy. He appeared in literature in 1996 with the poetry collection "Sea of ​​Fironeria", awarded by the Ministry of Commercial Shipping. This was followed by the collections "Telefonikos Thalamos", "Pali tou Anemou" (the collection is decorated with 40 of her paintings), "Kima Skoteino" also awarded by YEN with the "Nikos Kavadias" poetry prize. In total, he has received seventeen awards and honors (Parnassos, National Technical University of Athens, International Associate of Poets (Washington), National Library of Poetry in New York, two DELIA awards - Premio internazionale di Poeta Italy, etc.). Her poems were included in Greek and foreign anthologies. In November 2001, Georgia Daliana had the honor of being presented by the professor of Greek Language and History Leonardo Paganelli of the University of Genoa at a global university conference organized by the philosophy school of the University of Rome (La Sapienza) on the topic "The female presence in Modern Greek Literature" (Conference President Mario Vitti). It was preceded by the translation of her poems into Italian, PhD thesis Roberta Risso, TUTOR: Leonardo Paganelli. On the occasion of this conference her poems were selected and published by the International Poetry Hall of Fame Museum based in New York. Also, her poems were translated and published in Indian literary magazines by the Indian politician and philosopher Rabi Narayan Das (Odia Language). At the same time, she deals with painting and photography. He has taken part in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He has had a solo exhibition in Santorini. Finally, Georgia Daliana's articles and comments have been published from time to time in magazines and newspapers: Nautergatiki, Nautiliaki, Nea Ariadni, Aeolica Grammata, Chronograph, Echo of the Seas, Eleftherotypia, Antivaro, Exandas, Palmograph, Piraeus- Channel One.
