To those who think that Greece does not matter today, let me say that they could not make a bigger mistake. Today, like old Greece, is of the utmost importance for anyone looking to find himself.

"Massacre in Moscow": The death toll rises

28 Mar 2024,

After 18.00 Greek time, today Thursday, Russia announced that it has evidence that the attack was an action by the Ukrainian side, which the US described as "nonsense".

At least 95 Russians are missing still in the wreckage. Request of relatives through social media.

500 bullets found so far at the point of attack.

Friday's terror attack at a concert venue in Moscow appears to have left 143 dead so far, with the number likely to rise.

The injured are approximately 80, including 6 children, while 4 of them are in a critical condition.

As it became known, responsibility for the terrorist attack was claimed by the jihadist organization Islamic State, but the Russian authorities estimate that behind the attack on the Crocus City Hall are Islamists connected to Ukraine, or to allies of Ukraine in the West.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: "It is extremely difficult to believe that the Islamic State was involved in the attack and that it had the ability to carry out an attack on the Moscow concert hall."

Eleven arrests have already been made, including the four alleged perpetrators of Tajik origin.

The four arrested, Russian nationals, are Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, 32, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 30, Shamsidin Fariduni, 25, and Mukhammadsobir Faizov, 19, and as it appeared both from their presence in court and from videos of of torture, which was leaked online, endured harsh conditions during their detention and interrogation.

In fact, the presence of the four suspects in court last Sunday set a precedent with the Islamic State and ISIS, since the signs of torture during their interrogation were evident. The Islamic State has threatened to massacre Vladimir Putin in response, as well as all "hard Russians".

Nevertheless, after an interrogation video published by Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of Russia Today, a different interpretation of the incident is attempted, as she says it is not an ISIS strike but a well-coordinated operation by Ukrainians.

In his speech, President Putin spoke of a just punishment, leaving clear points towards Ukraine, which, according to him, is responsible for the massacre. At the same time, he congratulated the rescue crews, who fought to save the innocent citizens. The 24thη March was designated, by Putin, as a day of national mourning.

Regarding the perpetrators, President Putin stated that "they moved to Ukraine, where a reception framework had been prepared for them. The criminals came out to kill in cold blood, to shoot Russians at point blank range, like the Nazis once did."
