Corruption, with the corresponding relative interpretation of the term chronologically, either by human nature, as an "instinct" of survival in primitive environments, or through external influences, social factors, education, etc., appears from the beginning of the human group, community, society. Or, at best, it appears from the "fall" of man from "Paradise" and is obviously offensive, since the serpent deceived Adam and Eve, and the tragedy of tragedy followed. (Now, because God also maintained a "corrupt" serpent in Paradise, perhaps the experts, the Theologians, know it). And corruption has taken on cosmogenic proportions that have shattered the global social fabric and we are seeing the results: perversion of consciences, savage passions, inhumanity, cold-blooded violence, civil strife, international conflicts, world wars, phobia, terrorism, catastrophe, moral collapse, every form economic enslavement with memoranda, drugs, hunger, poverty, refugee, parasitism, akedia, unnatural life, extreme individualism, drug addiction, animal cruelty, epidemics (such as the infamous coronavirus, which "disgraced" international organizations, security services, etc.) , physiological death is very rare, misery, hell. The dominance of the Devil (is he uncontrollable?) With his main concern the devil, the handler of sins, who opened the "Pandora's Box" wide, and hope has, too, been listed on the world stock market where corruption triumphs through money , which according to the inimitable Sophocles, "… and cities pores and brakes paralyze…". And the "serpent" continues its destructive course in trophy, rearing from the holding of a corrupt system of materialistic insanity in various forms - and the coronavirus - which brought out the new Babylon, and which itself causes the relevant corruption, which, in the end, also turns out to be catastrophic. of all virtues, GREATEST PESTICIDE!
Of course, the religious "Contract", especially in Christian societies, created the infrastructure for harmonious coexistence, and later the Social Contract and the founding of the UN contributed in the same direction, but it is very disappointing and worrying that there is a "backward" and "civilized" democratic society due to the repetition of the aforementioned barbarisms plus neo-imperialism-totalitarianism starring Turkey (and its behind-the-scenes-unknown collaborators) a member of the UN and NATO, the destruction of cultural monuments, the violent conversion to NATO ( old shoes (UNESCO), the re-emergence of terrorist, racist, fascist, etc. the devaluation of the UN Charter, international law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international treaties, etc. Also, the cultivation of the theory of the end of life on planet Earth and the investment in space "adventures", which are necessary from a purely scientific point of view, however, precedes the solution of the problems of our planet! Obviously, the theory "We eat, we drink, tomorrow we die" is re-established, where possible! People have lost their value in the face of profiteering while, at the same time, global cynical indifference and opacity about what is happening in the red! QVID PRODEST? The inhuman with a rotten conscience "rulers"!
Who, what is wrong? The first people on Earth, out of fear and ignorance of their existence, their fate and the environment, to feel safe, as well as the awe of death, invented - their "leaders" - even as an illusion, higher powers, "Gods" in different forms, some in good faith, but others with skill, provoking competition and the Darwinian rule "the dominance of the strongest". And later, when the various religious entities gained secular power, then, due to competition and interests, corruption took on epidemic proportions worldwide. And the greatest, most terrible manifestation of corruption — the greatest insult — was that the most cunning, the most cunning, the machinists, bestowed human qualities or forms even on animals or celestials, and so on. bodies, to their "god" or "gods", with supernatural abilities, miracles, etc. abandoning the "Unknown God", who did not serve their authoritarian rage. And they combined them with well-crafted prejudices and superstitions, as well as with unbridled formalism and materialism to control and exploit the masses, but masses of human beings and not animals or inanimate objects! What an insult! If they knew the true God, why, for so many thousands of years, do not all religions present him in a tangible way (like Christ in the Resurrection, in Thomas, etc.), but remain divided - even the Christians themselves - with tragic results? And the constant and constant question is (without criticizing the respected and pure faith of people): why does the real God tolerate this behavior from his "in image and likeness" creatures? Christians are waiting for the "Second Coming", but others are even sacrificing themselves with terrorist and genocidal acts, shedding blood on the universe, hoping that this way they will end up in their own "paradise" with hundreds of virgins, delicacies and luxuries! And some purely naive people ask: Instead of formalists, which involve huge expenses, could they not reduce them ("Metron Ariston") to help the hungry, the poor, the wronged, the refugees, etc.? We are talking about people without racism, etc. discriminations that Christ Himself condemned, and ordinary people wonder if He Himself would agree with the unbridled formalism that prevails today in the world? He was interested in the substance and he fought and sacrificed for it!
Also, it is not just the spiritual-religious infrastructure, which is respected when it has a beneficial character, but the dogmatism, the fanaticism contained in any beliefs! (Voltaire: "Fanaticism is a plague on the soul", and the American Professor William Sumner: "You want wars, you are nurtured by dogmas"). And the other Yvris, religious, etc. leaders and "experts", mouthpieces of skilful miners, condemned the Earth and invented earthly "paradises" on human sacrifices but for their sad flesh with indescribable hypocrisy and supposedly religious devotion, to satisfy their lower passions with particular subjugation, drugs, sodomy, pedophilia, orgies, etc. immoral and illegal acts. And the people to suffer, but to pray and sacrifice the material goods, which for themselves are more than enough. Another question is whether Christ promised "Paradise" by condemning the Earth? Or preaching love, the crown of virtues, which if realized the Earth would turn into Paradise, and was he sacrificed for this universal Paradise? And speaking of "Paradise", there is the question why God, Panagathos, did not present Him from the beginning in order to be visible to all, His children, and to have organized games of virtues so that those who are distinguished, the "virtuous" can they enter him into the other life?
Since ancient times, human sacrifice, due to prejudices, superstitions and morbid expediencies, had been imposed as a religious and political regime that favored the rulers, who, corrupt, raged. How many empires were dismantled because of their corrupt leaderships? And the multiplicity of religious entities? In the Old Testament, with Babel, Sodom and Gomorrah, Cain, etc., we find various forms of corruption related to human sacrifice, etc. The "Ten Days of Vokaki" is revealing! Characteristic is the case of monks who convinced virgins that Christ would "crown" them and waited anxiously for him at night, but instead were "crowned" by the same wretched hypocrites against Christ. In antiquity, apart from wars, etc., people fought with the elements of nature, wild animals, etc., while now they fight with fellow human beings, technology, human corruption!
In ancient Greece, in the Twelve Gods, we find the most tragic form of corruption with Zeus first, who even "corrupted" Princess Europe, etc. Also, human sacrifices to appease the "gods"! Greek mythology is replete with examples of corruption in many fields. And he is obviously inherent in power! The myth of Gygis is revealing about the role of power in corruption! The tragic irony is that corrupt leaders even accused Socrates of "corrupting" the youth.
In ancient Rome, corruption raged with Nero and others, the horrible Holy Inquisition and the thousands of innocent victims, the Crusades, who in the name of Christ committed horrific crimes with hundreds of thousands of innocent victims, Papissa Ioanna, etc. Also in Byzantium, that is why he was enslaved, but with the help of corrupt "Christians". And Judas, was he not corrupted by the thirty pieces of silver? Today it is, dollars, Euros, pounds, rubles, etc. And the extremity of corruption, its most horrible form, the Crucifixion, the horrible martyrdom of the Godman himself, Christ, who was sacrificed for the love, peace, redemption of all people!
In modern times, corruption is, to a large extent, the result, in addition to the above, of the ruling system of competition, unworthiness, religious fragmentation, social exclusion, social anarchy, impunity of the media, cinema, etc. Even in the Corona tragedy, corrupt circuits invest their pathological profiteering at the expense of their peoples, their fellow human beings! And leaderships, religious and political, "care about other things"! And the human sacrifices continue! Is it a coincidence that more and more young people, educated, end up being agnostics or atheists?
We can, empirically, according to observations, distinguish the following categories of origins of corruption:
- Inherent, due to biological infrastructure, DNA, or brain distortion (after all, Aristotle said that some people are born slaves) without being responsible for the environment which, of course, can play a relevant role. 2. Acquired, due to family and close or wider environment. 3. Vertical, a) from top to bottom, from larger, family, school, church, service, business. b) Vertical, from bottom to top due to special circumstances, in fragmented groups or societies, minorities, refugees, institutions. 4. Horizontally, in special groups such as sports, school, entertainment, workplaces, para-religious organizations, where fanaticism and imitation play a key role. 5. Compulsory, when imposed by circuits e.g. trafficking in drugs, weapons, white meat, etc. illegal activities where Mafia laws prevail, etc., and where people, fearful and terrified, blindly obey because they do not have the education and courage to react. Definitely, the environment, family, school, church, etc. can affect beneficially disadvantaged people. Betty Smith's book "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" is revealing!
Ultimately, if the world religious, political, economic and social system does not change and continues to rely on fierce competition, which is the root cause of difference and materialistic insanity, and unless the UN is strengthened, the wars and trillions that wasted on equipment etc. to deal with the serious problems of the planet Earth, and to establish peace, security, justice, meritocracy, to respect International Law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Treaties, then, mathematically , humanity will be led to universal murder, but human dragons, orcs, human dinosaurs, etc. may survive. Not humans, however, "upper thorns", but lower thorns, reptiles, lurking in filthy swamps and sewers.
Let us, however, focus our attention on modern Greece.
An office in International Relations known to the people of Jerusalem is that The spearhead of the foreign policy spear of powerful states is the corruption of others in order to control and exploit them. This happened in Greece systematically since the Revolution of 21, for the "good" of the Greek people. How many corrupt "fighters", instruments of foreign anti-Greek circuits, undermined the Revolution with the known dramatic and tragic results? Is it a coincidence that the slavery of Greece lasted for about 400 years and there were dozens of civil strife and untold tragedies such as the horrific murder of the unrepeatable KAPODISTRIA, Androutsos, etc., the imprisonment of KOLOKOTRONIS, etc.? And how many heroes, who sacrificed their lives for the Homeland, were forgotten, begged, while corrupt bureaucrats plundered their sacrifices? Also, for the Asia Minor Tragedy, the civil war, the North-Continent, the Cyprus issue, the Skopje issue and the shameful "Prespa agreement", Imia, Ocalan, Memoranda, etc., were not the result of unscrupulous party and trade union corruption, which was it skillfully cultivated by corrupt anti-Greek circuits which turned the country into a peculiar "colonial democracy"?
Then, a storm of scandals in all areas of national activity with the first victims being "Metron Ariston" and meritocracy! How many dozens of para-religious organizations have been "introduced" to Greece for "divide and rule"! Also, how did the anarchic migration, the astyphilia, the bleeding of the workforce and the brains, the demographic shrinkage, the refugee flood, etc. begin? Has a holistic education with meritocracy infrastructure been cultivated and developed in the country so that the truly worthy are elected, or is TMK and Periandros' "following the superior" valid? How (world-class) is trade union impunity tolerated, the result of party corruption, in universities, etc.? Unworthy party intervention in Institutions. Are the most capable selected in the State and promoted? Can we talk about correct "discrimination of Powers" or about social discrimination of Powers? And their degradation, especially of Justice? Laws - "sewers" of extreme leniency, which even terrorists benefit, are not the result of bureaucracy, etc. parasitism and party and trade union opacity and corruption resulting in crime, all kinds of accidents in general, galloping? In the Church, are individuals, priests and administrative staff selected, with inadequate moral qualifications and sufficient theological knowledge, or are the "immortals" preferred, sometimes irrelevant and inappropriate? And why the multiplicity in the Orthodox Christian Church itself? Do the hundreds of NGOs operate exemplary ethically and legally or are they party and union crutches of speculation, etc.? Is the Hellenism of the Diaspora effectively organized for the defense of our national issues or is it, starting from the Greek language, declining? Also, in relation to international organizations, UN and EU, there were problems, e.g. closure of a permanent UN Office, EU court rulings on the country's non-compliance with various environmental issues, etc. Even in refugee camps, Security Bodies, Hospitals and Nursing Homes, have there been no cases of corruption? Terrible sex scandals in the field of Sports, Theater, Public works defective due to speculation of corrupt contractors, plots are characterized as forest to serve corrupt parasitic circuits. Scandals in partisan-controlled media, advertising "fascism", promotion of subcultural works that corrupt. Does money buy everything? And the people to suffer? We are talking about genuine democracy or publicstates?
Perhaps, in the context of the festive events for the 200η Anniversary of the Greek Revolution, is a great and unique opportunity for Greek religious, political, etc. leaders where Earth, to mobilize to raise awareness of friends and allies so that - finally - our just national issues are resolved and we see better days? At the same time, to activate the old proposal of the Society of Greek Writers should the UN declare Greece a "Conflict Free Zone and Ecumenical Center for Democracy and Culture"?
In 2020, in the GRECO annual report on the progress of states in the fight against corruption, Greece by December 31, 2019, had fully implemented 6 of the 25 recommendations (24% that is) issued by the Group of States against Corruption . Nine recommendations were partially implemented (36%), while 10 were not implemented at all (40%). For this reason, Greece was one of those countries that have a large number of recommendations that have not been implemented at all or have been partially implemented. Do you need comments?
On 31 October 2003, the UN General Assembly adopted Resolution 58/4, which entered into force on 14 December 2005. By 2020, 187 Member States had signed and 140 had signed it (out of 193 UN). The Treaty covers 5 main areas: precautionary measures, criminalization and law enforcement, international cooperation, asset recovery, and technical assistance and information exchange. The Treaty covers many forms of corruption such as bribery, bargaining, abuse of power, and various forms of corruption in the private sector.
The question is, as with other international treaties: Why is it tolerable for some states not to sign, and for the states that sign it not to apply it? Why it is known: Fierce competition, private interests, materialistic insanity, corruption. And woe to the societies whose virtues are being murdered!
