Greece is everywhere. And Christianity accompanies us. Within and beyond borders. In these holy days of the Passion, but also of the dominant hope of the Resurrection of the God-Man, thought unites and the heart confirms the connection. The greatest celebration of Christianity, the celebration associated with the mysteries of death and life, as a force that prevails and triumphs, is experienced by Greeks everywhere with particular focal depth, as we realize the essence, the weight and the meaning of the Passion that lead to a Resurrection that marks the rebirth, the reframing, the rewarming of emotions, relationships, closeness, altruism. A closeness that reduces distances and reheats relationships.

On the other side of the Atlantic, in the land of many stars, the heart of Greeks abroad beats even louder during these holy days and is heard all the way to mother Greece. And mother Greece listens and sends her own wishes.

So, in every Greek heart, in the Greek diaspora of the friendly country of America, let us wish that it experiences the unquenchable light of hope and keeps the flame of Greece unextinguished, through everything that is received, considered and metabolized as Greek, with a deeper, more genuine, completely true intensity and breadth.
