Greetings on the 5th anniversary of
Greek News & Rfarewell Fl
Honorable Ms. Lazarou, collaborators of Greek News & Radio Fl, distinguished guests, I greet the 5th anniversary event with a sense of honor and joy. I would like to praise your important work as I consider that every window that connects the Greek diaspora with mother Greece, erasing the distance, is of the utmost importance. My first contact began with the expression of interest in the capacity of a simple person who loves every step of communication and transmission on issues related to culture. Literature, music, arts, sciences through representatives of the spirit must function as a transmitter and receiver. Maintaining strong ties between the Greeks of the diaspora and the homeland constitutes a chain of the same metal that has never been cut. It is the remembrance through nostalgic passages, the revival of tradition, the strengthening of our cultural identity, the values that have changed over time... Our relationship through feelings like a family that was separated for a while but reunited. That's how I feel, pointing out that all of the above keep our roots alive.
I hope that this successful course will justify the effort through the unity of people who love. History has proven that in great crises, humanity returns, and wisdom follows prudence. In closing, I would like to congratulate all the staff of Greek News & Radio Fl, with special appreciation and admiration for the Mother and soul of the body, the beloved Ioanna Lazarou. I am sure that we all wish to hand over to future generations a strong and proud Greece. Our concern is to heal what has hurt and injured us. I wish you all good health and that the long-awaited peace prevails in the world.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the step you have given me!
Happy Birthday Greek News & Radio Fl
