Ioanna Lazarou and I met 5 years ago, an autumn evening for me, an afternoon for her, due to the time difference, online and in the midst of a pandemic, in the context of one of the many charitable actions that she regularly develops. We said a lot, with written messages, with recorded messages, with comments on Social and beyond our fruitful collaboration, a deep friendship developed in parallel, rapidly and in coordination, with mutual feelings of appreciation, love and respect, which makes me feel joy, but also pride. Pride for everything that this amazing personality, my good friend Ioanna Lazarou, has achieved in such a short period of time, managing to unite the two shores of the Atlantic, with a bridge that carries news, events and opinions, but also culture, thoughts, ideas and much, much more!
My presence to date in the electronic and printed media of the Journalistic Group Greek News and Radio FL, gives me the opportunity to communicate with this dynamic part of the Greek diaspora, the Greeks of America, whom I hope to meet in person soon! I am grateful for everything and on the occasion of the completion of 5 years - how quickly time flies - since the founding of the Group, and in anticipation of new great steps that I am sure will be added to its development, I would like to express my sincere congratulations to the founder of the Group, the unwavering, tireless and always smiling and full of optimism Ioanna Lazarou, a person who manages to win you over from the very first conversation!
Ioanna is truly a person who cares about everything, Greece first and foremost, but also about her fellow human beings, the environment and literature, culture and all of us, her friends and associates, whom I also congratulate one by one! Ioanna's passion and inexhaustible energy inspires us all and gives us strength, serving as an example to follow! My Ioanna, I wholeheartedly wish you to always conquer the peaks you aim for at the same pace and above all to be strong and powerful, because there are many and many who need your care and presence! I remain your unwavering fanatical admirer, your passionate colleague and your sincere friend! I also wish the Greek News and Radio FL Journalism Group a hundred years of success and all the best for your physical and professional family!
