From Port to Plate – The 'Ambassadors' Collector's Edition Book: Sailing, Culture and Gastronomy
Corfu, Greece – The From Port to Plate, the upcoming television and publishing series created by chef, author and radio presenter Paul James, has successfully completed its promotional tour in Corfu and Paxos.
This tour was a major milestone in the path towards the 2026 television series and the release of “The Ambassadors Collector's Edition Book.”
The team from From Port to Plate, led by radio producer Paul James and co-host Matt Wells from the radio show The Weekend Show with Paul James at Greek News and Radio Florida, visited some of the most emblematic and authentic spots on the islands.
The team filmed in traditional taverns, met local producers and captured the true soul of Greek island life.
The visits to family-run catering businesses, olive mills, local markets and picturesque ports that capture the warmth and hospitality of Corfu and Paxos stood out.
