A great and important surprise was reserved for us by the well-known Cypriot Journalist and author Costas Serezis with his new and original book (Kastaniotis Publications) entitled "Se ton personal", where in 246 pages he records and evaluates important Cypriot writers, etc., as well and Greek writers, journalists and politicians. He also interjects his own important texts such as "The Hour of Awakening".
Rarely does a writer deal with the works of others, very worthy, and this highlights the intellectual sensitivity, modesty, and meritocratic state of the writer Kostas Serezis.
In the first part, among the creators he mentions are Kyriakos Charalambidis, Pizza Galazi, Michalis Passiardis, Andreas Pastellas, Marios Michailidis, Nikos Nikolaou, and in the second, George Seferis with his prophetic concerns about the Cyprus Tragedy, Petros Papavasileiou, the Andreas Sophokleous, and, in particular, the Eupatridis Journalist Kostas Kalligas (who, among others, coined the term "authorities") and, finally, the eminent Journalists Thanasis Papandropoulos and Yiannis Marinos. And he closes - an epilogue - his excellent book in every way - with a touching letter to his grandson entitled "Admonitions to a teenager".
Mr. Kostas Serezis deserves a lot of credit and warm congratulations and we wish him a good journey with his new important book and good luck in his good fight!
