On the occasion of his Anniversary Journalist Group Greek News and Radio FL, I am pleased to publicly express my appreciation for the work carried out by the creator and soul of this Group, dear Ioanna Lazarou.
Having years ago been responsible for Greek language education and Greek culture abroad, as Special Secretary for Homogeneous Education and Intercultural Education of the Ministry of Education, I felt the pulse of the soul of Greeks abroad for the motherland. I admired the associations and activities that have developed in all the countries of the world and I gained an experience that allows me to more responsibly express my opinion on the creation of Ioanna Lazarou. Her work is inspired, sensitive, structured, valuable for information, pleasant for the reader and listener, and exudes the nostalgic love for Greece, which connects all Greeks abroad.
It is indeed important and moving that the voice of Greece be heard at the ends of the world, and even more important that this voice be objective, something unfortunately rare in today's journalistic society. Moreover, the connection of internal and external Greeks achieved by this journalistic group is fascinating. And it is an honor for me to write articles among elite personalities, who support the work of Greek News and Radio FL.
I would like to wish de profundis to the chosen Ioanna Lazarou and her worthy collaborators, health and strength to continue their valuable and enviable work, which is an invaluable offer both for the Greeks abroad, and for our homeland Greece.
