Starting with the ongoing war in various parts of the world, especially in Ukraine, after Afghanistan, the Middle East, etc., with hundreds of casualties on an almost daily basis, every reasonable person wonders about the indifference of political and religious leaders, including NGOs. , who should have reacted cautiously to prevent the massacre, which, however, continues to the glory of international for-profit networks.
Obviously, materialistic insanity, power obsession and corruption due to them, starring media, cinema, etc., which promote the subculture, have distorted the human conscience with the result that human lives have lost their value and importance in the face of satisfaction. inferior passions and gains. Even international organizations, most notably the United Nations, have been weakened and undermined by immoral and illegal speculative networks, so that they cannot do their important work of preventing and consolidating international peace and security. On the contrary, the "doctrine" or "axiom" prevails in International Relations that they hold the system of competition can not survive without opponents, enemies, when it challenges them, invents them, creates them! The result: Thousands dead, including young children, thousands of orphans, about 90 million refugees, according to the UNHCR ΟΗΕ for Refugees, many of whom also sell their limbs to secure a new "homeland", with unscrupulous traffickers from countries such as Turkey hoarding from this terrible "trafficking" of people, while many of their victims drown in Aegean. In addition, parts of independent states are under military occupation in violation of international law, UN, EU and NATO Charters, with the Republic of Cyprus being a prime example. But the indifference of the "responsible" in the red!

After the Second World War, which cost about 80 million people (Greece was first in proportion to population), again idealists with the first US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, with the famous 4 freedoms (freedom of speech and expression, freedom from worship, freedom fear, and freedom out of necessity) founded the UN, which currently has 193 Member States, with the aim of consolidating international peace and security, promoting respect for human rights as well as development and prosperity. Unfortunately, however, inhuman speculative circuits have undermined him - and continue to do so - and humanity has experienced and continues to experience the horror of many wars on the planet with millions of victims apart from the other terrible negative effects.
And it is not only the problem of war conflicts, but also the destruction of mother nature again due to speculation. Climate change, epidemic diseases, such as the current one that has caused the death of millions of people, apart from the social, economic and psychological effects, unprecedented catastrophic fires, rising crime, especially gynecology and pedophilia, robberies, kidnappings, kidnappings, etc. . International indifference to red again!
Can one therefore speak of a civilized and democratic humanity? One can be optimistic about the future of "civilized" and "democratic" humanity or assume - tragically - that humanity has changed (we have repeated it) into a vast HUMAN MINE where some inhuman, cold-blooded speculators instead of miners and miners they operate, and some others function as a Funeral Home, only they do not expect that their turn will come. Unfortunately, the other wise ancient Greek saying that "power corrupts" is confirmed over time!
What needs to be done? To them: What matters and is necessary to stop the general descent, is for the truly genuine and worthy democratic leaders to make a peaceful revolution - like that of Mahatma Gandhi, who faced an entire empire without a single shot, to strengthen him. The UN and its 30 Organizations to ban, on the one hand, any war, to approve the Peace Guide of the late UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali, which provides key precautionary measures for war conflicts, etc., and to consolidate international and security, and on the other hand, in the context of a holistic education, to educate the new generations so that all peoples can coexist peacefully without racialism, etc. discrimination, in order to establish peace, security, respect for human rights, as provided for in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and for development and prosperity. Of course, a condition for the success of this global endeavor is that there should be meritocracy and that the people should get rid of the wise and unworthy leaders, who, according to Demosthenes, were "strangely happy". The other horrible option is general decline and chaos! The choice: of the people!
