We inform you that it has been put into public electronic consultation the draft law of the Ministry of Interior entitled:
«Definition of the Electoral District of Greeks Abroad – Facilitation of the exercise of the right to vote by voters outside the Territory through postal voting for the parliamentary elections».
The consultation is taking place on the official OpenGov platform and is accessible at the following link:

Interested citizens, especially Greeks in the Diaspora, are invited to if they wish, to participate in the public consultation, formulating suggestions, observations and comments for the improvement of the provisions of the proposed draft law.
Participation is considered particularly important, as the draft law directly concerns the institutional representation and facilitation of the exercise of the right to vote of Greeks living outside Greece.
The public consultation will conclude on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 09:00 (Greece time).
