The "Society of Greek Literary Translators" in collaboration with the "Artemis & Costas Kyriazis" Foundation presented to the French Institute on May 12, 2023, an award for the translation of Latin literature, to the professor and president of the peer professors of EKPA STELLA PRIOVOLOS for the translation of his medieval work 13th century Carmina Burana – Veris et Amoris.

The Dean of the Municipal People's University Ag. Paraskevis and professor emeritus of Latin and Italian Philology, president of the Body of Professors Emeritus EKPA, was awarded at the French University of Athens on May 12.

The Erotic Carmina Burana (Carmina Veris et Amoris) evokes the refined chivalrous love of Europe during the Middle Ages. This is a large number of poems, which became known to the general public and musically through his music Carl Orff.
