As stated in the video, a very special pulmonary clinic has been built north of Nuremberg, whose wards have bars and high security systems, to accommodate patients suffering from "some" virus, very likely preparing citizens for a new massive and widespread spread of the virus.
In fact, this particular construction has been featured on national television channels, from where a viewer downloaded the video and shared it.
