It is very sad that in a European country so many ridiculous things happen regarding fires. Of course, they also happen in other developed and powerful countries, but due - in the majority - to climate change and accidents. But in our case, apart from those that are the result of human negligence or error, most are due to indifference or indifference of the authorities, to criminal arson by foreign agents or local "Nightmares" and other unwitting speculators for wind turbines, photovoltaics, etc. However, if there had been prevention and better administrative organization, many fires would have been prevented. However, in the context of science fiction, as some "praisers" mention, is there another reason? Because it is well known that fires cause a climate of insecurity, extreme fear, despair, depression. Could it be, then, that some dark, anti-social, para-party and profit-making circles are investing in fires for various reasons in order to - essentially - divide and psychologically enslave the people?
And the ordinary citizen asks: 1) Why were the agricultural guards and fire guards abolished? 2) Why are there no volunteer patrols in key parts of the territory where the risk is high? 3) Why are there no suitable water tanks in the same places above? 4) Why aren't forest areas where there are flammable objects preventively checked? 5) Why are the PPC poles not checked to be safe? 6) Why are the heroic firefighters whose health and lives are at risk not well paid? 7) Why, finally, are there no strict laws and the unconscious criminal arsonists continue their nightmarish work regardless of the ridiculous consequences?
And it is a tragic irony that in many cases while the tsunami of fire burns everything including common areas, which the "authorities" are supposed to have cleaned, they fine the citizens who supposedly did not clean their plots, which many had cleaned, but they would not be spared anyway.
In other words, instead of punishing the "responsible" for their non-preventive policy, they take revenge on the citizens to cover their own "mistakes". "The thief calls" or
"Even if you're guilty of being a stickler"!... All this in a "democratic", "European" country!..
And if we think with horror of the criminal tragedies in Mati, Tempi, etc., alas! Greetings, then, to the power that has lost its essence!... Is there a God of sorrow? Or do the Twelve Gods rule behind the scenes, especially the great corrupt Zeus, who makes sure he has offspring of his choosing?
