To those who think that Greece does not matter today, let me say that they could not make a bigger mistake. Today, like old Greece, is of the utmost importance for anyone looking to find himself.

Nefeli and her kite

A fairy tale about the power of willpower

For all the children who are learning to fly with the power of their heart!!

Once upon a time, in a small town full of courtyards and children's laughter, there lived a girl named Nefeli.
Nefeli was a girl full of imagination, she loved clouds, stories and the smiles of her friends. But most of all she loved her kite, a big, blue kite with a tail full of ribbons that shone like stars.
Every afternoon, after school, she ran to the meadow behind her house to throw it.
But, no matter how many times he tried, the kite wouldn't stay aloft for long.
Sometimes it blew hard and knocked him down, and sometimes the wind stopped and he fell at her feet.
"It doesn't matter!" Nefeli always said, smiling stubbornly.
But some days, when the wind didn't cooperate, she too felt like she was losing her wings.
At school, numbers and letters got tangled in her mind, and her classmates finished the exercises first.
She stayed a little behind, silent.
But every time she felt herself buckle, she remembered her kite and whispered:

"I just have to try. One day I'll fly high too."
One Sunday, with a clear sky and a calm wind, Nefeli ran to the meadow again.
She held the rope tightly and let her kite follow the wind, without fear.
And then, he went up!
High, higher and higher, until it became a small blue dot in the sunlight.
Nefeli smiled broadly.
Not only did her kite fly, but her soul, full of faith, also flew.
From that day on, every time something was difficult for her in school or in life, she remembered that the important thing is not to succeed the first time, but to never stop dreaming and trying.
Because that's the only way you find your own wind.
Willpower is setting goals, trying with all your heart, and not being afraid to try again. Even if you don't succeed, you will know that you gave wings to your dreams, and that's what matters most.
