Recently, Greeks in the area were outraged by a Rothschild-linked development project that will restrict Greek citizens' access to the Messinia beach in Kalamata.
Greece's Golden Visa allows non-Greeks to flood Greece for cheap real estate. The issue is how this makes life difficult for the average Greek citizen. The average Greek will be forced to live with mom/dad or relatives just to afford the expenses. How does this help young Greeks get married, move, buy a house/apartment and have 3 kids? It makes it difficult to get married and have children in Greece. Russia helps young Russians with mortgages, low tax rates, free land in Siberia, incentives to have children, etc.
The baby boomer generation in the 1960s/1970s/1980s had access to plenty of jobs and cheap real estate in the US, Greece, Canada, the UK, Australia, etc. Real estate prices started to inflate in the early 2000s. The 2008 financial crisis was a good reset for the inflated prices, if some had the cash.
Pinchas Sarfati, Israeli citizen, founded the IDM KalamataThis company is associated with IDM City’s. In accordance with i cyprus.on/company/633992, the Guy Rothschild is the Director. Pinchas Sarfati is one of the Directors. The Secretary is Christiana Grigiou.
The project is seeking fast-track approval. This hotel will have 140 rooms. It will also include 248 luxury residences. The project will include restaurants, wellness facilities, retail space and sports facilities. The project will have permanent positions.
This smells like the project in Albania with the Israelis, the Rothschilds and the Trumps.
No Greek investors are involved in this project. There are no public meetings for this project. Greek citizens in the province of Messinia and Kalamata have no information about this project. Greek citizens have no opinion. What will this mean? Will access to the beaches be limited only to Greek citizens and tourists who love the beaches of Kalamata? Who will live in the 248 luxury homes? Are they wealthy Israelis who are leaving Israel because of the war with Iran?
Greeks in Messinia are outraged by this proposed project.
There is no transparency in this project.
Greece has military cooperation with Israel. Near Kalamata, there is a Greek Air Force base. Will this project be the place where Israeli military pilots and personnel will live?
Does this project mean that native Greeks will be evicted from their land near the sea? Israelis are heading to Cyprus, buying up properties, creating gated communities exclusively for Israelis. Greek Cypriots are worried.
Greece should abolish the Golden Visa program. It should be replaced by the Chinese investment system in China. A foreign company operating in China needs 51% to go to a local Chinese businessman who is connected to the CCP.
The Mayor of Kalamata, Athanasios P. Vassilopoulos, must resign due to the lack of transparency in this proposed project. He is going to Australia or Canada to be photographed with Messinian Greeks in the diaspora.
I call on Greek citizens to protest in front of Kalamata City Hall and demand the resignation of Mayor Vassilopoulos.
In fact, citizens and local officials across the Greek islands are increasingly reacting to the proposed resorts.
An economy based solely on tourism has not benefited Greece. Greece has empty factories around Athens, Tripoli, Astros and other areas. Greece needs to produce products and export them. The world will face increasing famines due to the war against Iran and Russia. Exports of Greek agricultural products will now bring money to rural Greek communities.
The key is who is being paid by the Rothschild project linked to IDM Kalamata?
This project is not like Costa Navarino near Pylos. Greeks started this project. It does not keep local Greeks from Pylos and the surrounding towns, but adds accommodation options for visitors.
The Greeks have survived wars, invasions and occupations. The Greek DNA: has the power to resist globalization and keep Greece for the Greeks. No one will drive the Greeks from their land or from their nation. We will not be replaced.
The key is to stop the Rothschild-linked IDM Kalamata project because of its secrecy and unanswered questions.
