TRAGIC PIRACY

In the footsteps of writing

Atheist, warlike leaders cause tragedies,

flooding the world with premature funerals.

They hypocritically promise peace,

but they end up causing society pain.

They collaborate in massacres and genocides,

ignoring Hybris and the Erinyes.

Millions are dying of hunger,

But the callous privileged get by just fine.

Refugee children are drowning at sea,

and they ruthlessly suppress any peaceful resistance.

They have the audacity to talk about democracy,

but this is a tragic and pitiful act of piracy.
