Isabella Telemachou was born and raised in Cyprus. She studied at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Patras and works as a professor of Greek Literature.
From a very young age, she was involved in writing poems, fairy tales, and literary books, as her love for the Greek language was evident. Her imagination and skillful use of the language led her to win several awards in national and local competitions:

e) My book "Giannakis and the Dragons", Michalis Sideris Publications, has been awarded as "Books of the year 2019" by EPOK (Hellenic Cultural Association of Greek Cypriots), March 2020 and is approved for school libraries of Cyprus by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth.
f) First Poetry Prize of the 10th World Literary Competition of EPOK. (Hellenic Cultural Association of Greek Cypriots) on "Cyprus", April 2020
g) Honorable mention in the Third Panhellenic Literary Competition, for the poem entitled "My Cyprus" by the Limassol Intellectual Horizons, March 2020.
Her first book "Giannakis and the Dragons" was published by Michalis Sideris in March 2019 and was honored by EPOK. as one of the "Books of the year 2019".
The fairy tale "The squirrel who learned to apologize" is a collaboration with the publications "Searches" which was released in August 2020 and "Lexoberdemata tou kaiokeri" is the third book released in the summer of 2021 and is addressed to preschool children and first graders.
All her books are approved in the school libraries of Cyprus by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth.
