The First Greek Book Fair at the St. Katherine's Festival in Melbourne, FL

On February 24, 2023, an important step was taken for the promotion of Greek books in Florida, USA. The First Greek Book Fair by Businessrise Publishing House, Greek News and Radio FL and Greek Books FL took place at the St. Catherine's Festival in Melbourne, FL.
A multitude of Greek books and Greek authors paraded before the eyes of thousands of visitors. Greek authors who are members of Greek Books FL and Businessrise Publishing House and their books came close to Greeks and foreigners, at our booth. Fairy Tales, Lives of Saints, and Cookbooks had a huge impact on visitors.
The most important thing is, that for the first time the way was opened, so that the Greek spirit and the Greek writers could find a fruitful path in the Greek Community and the residents of Florida. This First Greek Book Exhibition is the beginning for the dynamic entry of the Greek spirit and the Greek language more dynamically into the life of the diaspora.
An unknown path for many, which was opened and enlightened by the vision and love for the Greek spirit of the owner of Businessrise Group, Mrs. Ioanna Lazarou.
"It's an extremely happy day for me, seeing one of my dreams come true. I have always tried to integrate Greek books into the lives of Greeks in the Diaspora, and today a very large and fertile seed was planted in this direction. Together we worked selflessly for the success of this goal. I would like to thank Mr. George Roman, his son Mr. Andrew Roman and Mr. Robert Charalambos Longwell, who contributed the most with their invitation to this amazing Festival, which is a meeting point of Hellenism in Brevard County here in Florida" , said Mrs. Lazarou visibly moved.
Both Businessrise Publishing House, as well as Greek News and Radio FL together with Greek Books FL, under the guidance of Mrs. Lazarou, will move forward dynamically on this path and will bring more and more Greek writers closer to the Greek Diaspora of Florida and America in general.
