Ioannis Lazarou was born in Athens where he completed his encyclical studies. He traveled to Rennes (France) where he studied painting. After a period of tours in European countries, he continued with free studies for two years in Wuppertal (Germany) with the subject "Renaissance painting techniques" and "imaging methods with special visual material techniques" (trouble d'oeil). He also studied Byzantine hagiography and preservation in the workshop of Duchess Varia. He has held exhibitions in Greece and abroad; his paintings have illustrated book covers of well-known publishing houses (Zacharopoulos, Cheilon, Odos Panos, etc.) and created portraits of writers for the Magazine Philological New Year. He collaborated in the international conference "Creation and death. Death at work: otherness and the memory of mourning "of the University of Athens and Paris Diderot University; he also taught in programs of the Prefectural Committee of Popular Education of Eastern Attica.

In 2002 he founded the cultural roof "Ev ton Morfon" where he organized days of artistic mutual teaching, evenings of poetry, music, fine arts, book presentation, but also a study on "neurophysiology and art", in collaboration with the magazine Pogreas Synogre (EPOS), of the Wilhelm Reich Institute for Neurophytotherapy (EINA), etc.

He has also collaborated in the Greek-international programs of the European Center for the Arts (EUARCE): World Literary Conference 2004, "The defense of small languages ​​in the face of globalization" - L'Association Internationale de la Critique Littéraire (AICL - France); the old ", under the auspices of the Municipality of Paiania; and the XNUMXst World Conference" Byzantine Music Culture "- scientific direction of the American Institute of Byzantine Music and Hymnology (ASBMH) - Program of Byzantine Studies of the University of Pittsburgh (USA). His works are in private collections in Greece and abroad.

He started journalism writing book reviews in regional newspapers while he was a member of the editorial board of a local newspaper as well as a correspondent for a large provincial newspaper. In 2011 he created the news and research website plateiaradio with a homonymous internet station which gave voice to important people in the anti-memorandum area, to collectives and movements against auctions, the privatization of water, the rights of soldiers, etc.

Under the pseudonym "Night Press", as an independent researcher, since 2014 he has conducted research on the eugenics, globalization, the Monsanto Company and in general the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and its relationship with the Nazis and the EU. WWF action, its relations with secret services and not only. After the retreat of the betrayed social movements, plateiaradio fell silent.
