From Port to Plate – The ‘Ambassadors’ Collector’s Edition Book: Sailing, Culture, and Cuisine
Corfu, Greece – From Port to Plate, the forthcoming television and book series created by chef, author, and broadcaster Paul James, has successfully completed its promotional tour of Corfu and Paxos. The tour marked a major milestone in the lead-up to the 2026 television series and the launch of The Ambassadors Collector’s Edition Book.
The From Port to Plate team, which includes radio show host Paul James and co-host Matt Wells from The Weekend Show with Paul James on Greek News and Radio Florida, visited some of the most iconic and authentic locations across the islands. The team filmed in traditional tavernas, met local producers, and captured the true spirit of Greek island life. Highlights included visits to family-run restaurants, olive oil estates, local markets, and picturesque harbours that embody the warmth and hospitality of Corfu and Paxos.

The From Port to Plate TV series will follow in 2026, continuing its voyage through the Ionian Islands, the Saronic Gulf, and the Cyclades, highlighting the food, culture, and seafaring traditions of Greece.
