Greek News and Radio Florida proudly announces the launch of a brand new weekly culinary column by chef, author and food writer Paul James.
Paul James’s Just Recipes brings readers simple, flavourful dishes influenced by Paul’s culinary journeys across Greece and around the world. Each recipe is written with accessibility in mind, offering achievable cooking with memorable taste.
Paul James, a retired professional chef and international food writer, has built a respected voice in Mediterranean cuisine, cultural food writing and travel-inspired cooking. His new series highlights one recipe each week, using real ingredients, straightforward methods and the belief that great food doesn’t need complication.
“Food tells stories,” Paul says. “Every dish connects people, culture and memory. This series is about sharing that connection with home cooks everywhere.”
