Sophia Tomaso was born in Naoussa, Imathia. She studied at the ATEI of Thessaloniki, in the School of Administration and Economics, Department of Library Science, Archival Science, and Information Systems. She worked in the library of the Philosophy Department at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Additionally, she worked as a personal secretary in various businesses. Her poems have been published in electronic media and have been featured on radio shows.
