(I testify that always will fight for Peace , Justice and Love by any means).
As the days pass by after the brutal attack against Israel my heart and soul goes to the lost lives in vein.
A lot of questions though in my mind regarding a perpetual
battle for 75 years without winners in either side at least Officially. The death penalty very heavy as a result of that , but with the balance to be extra heavy to the one side
The one operation after the other ,and the end result of this a modern Apartheid in the Middle East and further more a territory of 2,3 million people under total seage for 17 years.
After the recent events
Israel reacts (as it was expected) to show it’s unprecedented wrath by Declaring War against Hamas
And further more is asking the whole world to support it.
At the sound of that back memories came to my mind and as a matter of fact the rhetoric sounded identical to me as after 9/11.
It was then when G.W. Bush (President of the USA ) declared war against terrorism.
New notion back then to be comprehended.
Furthermore asked the whole world to be on USA ‘s side to fight it .
And the statement : You are with us or otherwise you are our enemy
Then the ” Preemptive ” Doctrine was established and the USA invaded Afghanistan first, and Iraq later in order to fight terrorism.
You cannot wage war against a notion which is not applying to a specific entity, subject etc.
Therefore the target was specified and 2 countries were invaded.
At this moment indentically , Israel has waged war against Hamas.
But Hamas is a terrorist organization (according to Israel) like Al Qaida back then.
Hamas is not a state ,it is an organization
Therefore this retaliation should be another Operation in the place of retaliation after the events.
But Israel made it clear that this is not an operation against Hamas.
It is a Full Scale War.
My question is:
AGAINST whom? Against which country?
Because the Declare of War against an organization does not have any legitimacy in the International Law .
Either Israel changes its doctrine of the Declaration of War to Operation (may be extra heavily fortified with their wrath),
or explain clearly in the World Community which country against waged War and is asking for support
Because War against Hamas ( a terrorist organization) does not legitimize nor justify the cause.
